  • โ€ขImport recipients via CSV, Excel, or paste from a spreadsheet
  • โ€ขRich-text email editor with formatting tools
  • โ€ขMustache template variables for personalization
  • โ€ขLive preview before sending
  • โ€ขConfigurable send interval to avoid rate limits

๐Ÿค  Why is Gmail sign-in required?

This app sends emails through the Gmail API on your behalf, which requires OAuth 2.0 authentication with your Google account. When you sign in, you grant the app permission to send emails from your Gmail address โ€” no passwords are stored, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Your data stays only in your browser. Recipient lists, email templates, and drafts are saved locally using your browser's storage and are never uploaded to any server.

How to Use

  1. 1

    Prepare your recipient list

Create a CSV or Excel file with columns like name, email, company, or any other fields you need. Make sure one column contains the recipient email addresses.

  2. 2

    Import recipients

Drag and drop your file into the left panel, or copy rows from a spreadsheet and paste them directly. Your data will appear in a table where you can review it.

  3. 3

    Compose your email template

Write your email in the right panel using the rich-text editor. Use template variables like {{name}} or {{company}} to personalize each message โ€” these will be replaced with actual values for each recipient.

  4. 4

    Preview your email

Click a recipient row to see how the email will look for that specific person. Check that the subject line and body render correctly with their data.

  5. 5

    Connect your Gmail account

Click the Google sign-in button to authorize the app to send emails on your behalf. This uses secure OAuth 2.0 โ€” your password is never shared with the app.

  6. 6

    Send your emails

Hit the send button. The app will send each email individually with a configurable delay between messages. You can monitor the progress and see any errors in real time.
